3/8” red and black enamel on brass with a threaded post and cap reverse. Surrounding text reads “National Asso. Colored Service” while center reads “Waiters/1927/Cooks.” Our photo may show some green age tone but vast majority of this cleaned off and piece displays N. Mint. Only example we’ve seen.
