5-1/8” tall painted composition depicts Happy Hooligan sitting on back of chicken. c. early 1900s. Missing paper cylinder stopper that held candy within. Lt. surface dusting. 1” hairline crack to base is only visible upon close inspection. Underside of base has some cracks to composition but does not affect structural integrity of piece. Still displays VF-.
