5.5x8.25” envelope with mailing label has “The Comic Weekly Club” return address. Envelope shows wear from mailing and is VG/Fine. Contains 7/8” tin litho button of smiling clown with mouth reading “Comic Weekly Club.” Surface indent noticeable to the touch. VF. 2.75x4” membership card features Blondie, Dagwood, Jiggs, Little Iodine, Flash Gordon, Snuffy Smith and The Katzenjammer Kids. ©1949 King Features Syndicate. Recipient has filled out name in pencil. Light ring from button but Exc. overall. 5x8” slick paper sheet with the aforementioned characters with facsimile signatures. Lt. aging/handling wear. VF. 5x8” “Comic Weekly Club Fun Time” booklet has 8 pages with activities and comic images. Some activities partially completed in pencil. Lt. handling wear with some surface paper lifts on back. VF. 4.75x8” membership order form has Katzenjammer Kids and Little Iodine and has 2 blanks meant to be cut out and distributed to friends so they could join club as well. Scattered aging and wear. Fine/VF. Scarce as complete.
