13-3/8x14” thin artboard has 11-7/8” dia. pen and ink original art in center with wonderful image of Uncle Walt running with smiling Skeezix getting a piggyback ride as family dog Pal runs alongside. Art is titled “Uncle Walt” and signed in ink by creator King. Left side rim has hand-lettered text for Parisian Novelty Co. Rim area has white-out, outside image area of board has scattered lt. dust soil with a few pencil notations. Actual image area is clean and Exc. c. 1930. A classic image. Unsure if produced for proposed button or dime bank but neither was ever produced. Unique art. From the Parisian Novelty Co. of Chicago archives.
