Art is titled “Uncle Walt” and signed in ink by creator King. Left side rim has hand-lettered text for Parisian Novelty Co. Rim area has white-out, outside image area of board has scattered lt. dust soil with a few pencil notations. Actual image area is clean and Exc. c. 1930. A classic image.
