Powderly was a Knights of Labor leader c. 1890. Fine. Second is 4.75x6.5" cardboard sign with detailed graphic of standing laborer and text "We Guarantee 'A New Garment For Every Unsatisfactory One'/Union Labor/Key To Success." Graphic at lower left shows buffalo standing behind a pan handle with Uncle Sam in center of pan.
