Item Description
19.75x25.25" archival mat with 13x19-3/8" image area of seven panels with India ink art. Flash and Eva are in water watching as Viking warrior Ragnor tries to kill giant swamp lizard. Ragnor goes inside lizard's mouth carrying ax as Flash and Eva are rescued. Last panel has large text "Odinnnn!" as Eva says "The Lizard's Death Throes! Ragnor Has His Prey!". Panel title is a glued on photostat which has yellowed, otherwise image area is clean and Exc. King Feature Syndicate copyright sticker at bottom of panel 7. Bottom margin has ink text for color guide. Wonderful example of Mac Raboy inking.
