c. 1940s. 4-3/8" tall with nice art image on both side of man's hand holding smoking pipe with nearby text "Complimentary Tin Not For Sale." Bottom portion has text "When A Feller Needs A Friend" based on cartoonist Clare Briggs famous panel cartoon. Trace of lt. wear, but overall VF. Nice design. Scarce.
