22.5x33.75" full color with slogan “Some Talk Change. Others Cause It.” He signed between the two lines of text. Narrow strip of lt. tanning on upper left margin. Upper right has lt. 7" crease but shows little. Rolled but will flatten and displays Exc. Signed in person for a personal friend and long time democratic party activist. Comes with Hake’s COA.
