8.5x14-5/8" c. 1940s. Nice graphics of Charlie saying "Get A Big Full-Color Likeness Of My Pal Mortimer Snerd - Is He Funny!" with additional text "Sit Him On Your Knee - Make His Mouth And Eyes Move!" Sign was designed to be displayed behind a 1 lb. can of Chase & Sanborn Coffee held in place by rubber band. Original band has dried and adhered to blank tab at bottom which was to hold can. One side of sign has some dust soil and aging with 1.25" crease at upper left corner and a few lt. moisture marks and lt. creases on bottom tab. Displays VG. A rare store display.
