This piece is about 1" wide by 2.5" long. There is a movable loop at the top so it can be fastened to a chain. There is a blade which swings out to the side and this produces a hole at the top through which a cigar end is placed and then severed off. Below this opening is an extremely detailed scene which includes a pair of Klansmen in robes both on robed horses which are rearing up. Above this are several symbolic designs which include a crown, a circular design with tiny date "1886" and small text "Without Fear And Without Reproach." Below the entire scene in larger lettering is the word "Honor." Very well made and in Exc. condition. c. 1930s or earlier. Rare.
