3.5x5-3/8" postmarked Salem, Oregon Sept. 28, 1908 has sharp image showing nine players in uniform with letter "H" on hats, bats in foreground and black player in center holding catchers mask. A brick wall is in the background. Back is addressed in ink to recipient in Salem Oregon and has correspondence text "Dear L. This Is A Picture Of Our Ball Team. Many Thanks For The Basket Of Fruit. With Love-Charlie." Address side has some light dust soil but front image is sharp and VF. A great photo of a well uniformed team including equipment. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
