.5" (13mm) with mint luster brass rim surrounding small ferrrotype photo of him with younger than usual appearance. He is wearing military uniform and a panel across his chest bares the name "Mclellan." Reverse is a slightly domed piece of tin with no traces of ever having a pin. A beautiful example NM and displaying Mint.
