Item Description
c.early 1970s for a premium which was never produced. (See item #s 2940-46). 6.5x9.5" thin art-board has original art done in India ink and tempera. Wonderful image has Franken Berry at lower left gesturing to his left showing swinger figure hanging on to letter “S” of word “Swingers” with Count Chocula hanging on to his foot and Boo Berry hanging onto the Count’s foot. Text includes “You Get One Free Inside This Package!” with Franken Berry’s word balloon lined for potential lettering. Center bottom edge has applied hand-lettered ink text “Actual Swingers Are 1/3 smaller than illustration”. Bright and Exc. Wonderful design. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold, accompanied by a letter to that effect from Gordon Gold.
