Item Description
16-5/8x21-3/8" archive-mounted on stiff paper rotogravure pictorial supplement for Cleveland Sunday Leader Newspaper for Oct. 15, 1916. Page has 16 photos of various players including HOF'ers Casey Stengel, Zach Wheat, Rube Marquard. Others include Chief Meyers and George Cutshaw . Original paper had single hairline and vertical crease through center as issued and top edge at right side has narrow 2.5" piece gone but page is well preserved and would frame nicely. HOF members shown include Stengel, Marquard and Wheat. Would frame nicely. Fine. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
