Item Description
From same rare series as item #1240. Superb image of the left-handed pitcher in action. Arthur Neukom Nehf played 15 seasons in Major League Baseball for the Boston Braves (1915–1919), New York Giants (1919–1926), Cincinnati Reds (1926–1927), and Chicago Cubs (1927–1929). He was the winning pitcher in the final game of both the 1921 and 1922 World Series. Lt. aging and handling wear mostly only visible in reflected light. Glossy appearance. Fine. From the "Richard Merkin Collection" and comes with Hake's COA.
