Item Description
See previous item #1988. 12-5/8x17.5" onionskin paper features highly detailed pen and ink illustration featured in "Isaac Asimov's Science Fiction" magazine issue #125 from Mid-Dec., 1987. This illustration is for Isaac Asimov-penned story, "Galatea." Details show a nude male sculpture, a woman's face, a stork and a demonic figure in a circle. Art is signed by Jankus w/story title and Asimov's name at bottom. Exc. Second is 11.5x15-1/8" thin paper w/intricate crosshatched pen and ink art for story that appeared in Nov., 1989 issue of "Isaac Asimov's Science Fiction" story by Orson Scott Card entitled "Dogwalker." Art shows a child pushing a younger child into a city alley as a futuristic car approaches. Art is signed by Jankus w/story title and Card's name along top. Exc. Both come w/reading issues of the magazines art appeared in. See following item #1990.
