Item Description
This 4-1/8" tall piece is made of thin leather with a bar pin on the back of the gold accent shield. A large loop below holds a second leather piece with a clear celluloid covering over a paper steel engraved portrait of McKinley. Hake #3212. Tiny bit of creasing on the encased paper portrait but overall Extremely Fine and scarce.
