c. late 1960s for a premium that was never produced. 9.25x12.5" artboard has thin mat with 6-5/8x10.5" opening revealing ink and colored pencil art on sheet of vellum art paper. Cap'n Crunch is holding sword and saying "Free Inside This Package" w/image of Game Top and "Extra Navigation Game" board. Vellum sheet is attached to artboard w/tape around blank margins not evident from front. Lower rt. mat edge is trimmed. Back of art board has "Gold Premium Corporation" ink stamp. Exc. Nicely designed. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold, accompanied by a letter to that effect from Gordon Gold.
