4-5/8x8.5" bank "Collateral Note" is dated Mar. 31, 1977 and is for loan of $125,000 to be paid by May 2, 1977. Document has large "Paid" ink stamp dated May 3, 1977. Document is numbered 08444 and has Julius Lefkowitz & Co. address at left margin. Signed by Mitchum in green ink. Staple holes at top left corner. Has hardly noticeable horizontal crease running just above Mitchum's signature, but this is only visible in reflected light. VF. From the Phil Delaney Collection. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
