Item Description
1.5x2.25" Cuban card produced for the Aguilitas Cigarette brand and a follow up to the 1924-25 series. The baseball cards are a subset featuring 37 players from the Cuban Professional League. This extensive 900 card set also featured movie and stage stars, boxers, soccer players and other subjects.
AKA Alfredo Cabrera played one MLB game for the St. Louis Cardinals in 1913. He played in the Cuban League from 1901-20 and was elected to the Cuban Baseball HOF in 1942. Designated by SGC as being from the "Richard Merkin Collection" and comes with Hake's COA.
