Item Description
8.5x11.25" sheet w/block of four "Jackie Robinson - Black Heritage" stamps issued by the United States Postal Service in 1982. Along w/stamps, sheet gives brief biography on Robinson. This sheet has been signed by six Negro League players who were later admitted to the Baseball HOF. They are - Cool Papa Bell, Judy Johnson, Ray Dandridge, Buck Leonard, Larry Doby and Ernie Banks. Cool Papa Bell has signed in blue felt tip pen, the rest have signed in black. Exc. An interesting piece paying homage to the player who broke the baseball color barrier. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA COA.
