4.75x9.5" stiff sheet of thin cardstock with black image of 4x9" ribbon design the same as Sullivan-Fischer WHH-11, except without any county inscription above female figure. Depicts Washington, Lafayette and Harrison with text "In Honor Of The Founders And Defenders Of American Independence/Its The Star Spangled Banner O'long May It Wave, O'er The Land Of The Free & The Home Of The Brave." Concluding text beneath Harrison portrait is "Son Of Benj. A. Harrison, One Of The Signors Of The Declaration Of Independence July 4th 1776." Image was produced as a proofing copy printed from the copper plate to be used for printing the image on silk fabric. NM.
