Item Description
1-5/16" tall with horizontal bar pin on the reverse. Ferrotype has numerous but exceedingly tiny and for the most part microscopic black dots over the portrait. Without magnification the only obvious mark is a tiny dot below his ear at the left. His image is very largely intact and the emulsion surface has nice gloss to it. Luster on the star is not particularly bright but there is no damage. Hake #3088 with guide value of $350.00 in 2004. VF.
