5x7" original glossy photo of 13 team members in uniform on a ball field w/stadium crowd in the bkg. c. 1930s. Has photographers imprint at lower left "Cesareo Munez Santiago, R. D." Standing at far left is Satchel Paige while kneeling in front second from the right is Lazaro Salazar (see Cordoba postcard #1153). Obvious wear including creases, small margin tears and few edge flakes. Reverse has paper adhered from scrap book mounting. Just Good but image is sharp and clear and photo retains a glossy appearance. A rare team photo and a must have for the Paige completist. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake’s COA.
