Item Description
Lot of six 3-5/8x6.5" signed envelopes, two being First Day Cover (FDC) envelopes. First is "John H. Glenn Project Mercury" FDC w/"Project Mercury" stamp and has been signed by Glenn in blue felt tip pen. Second is "United States Space Achievements" FDC which has "Kennedy Space Center" postmark and has been signed in blue ink by Gordon Cooper. Other envelopes have space themes and have been signed by Apollo 14 astronauts Al Worden and Jim Irwin, Story Musgrave and Dick Gordon (w/Cape Canaveral postmark) in blue or black ink. Scattered aging, but most are Exc. overall. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA COAs.
