Item Description
Vintage 8-1/8x10" glossy publicity photo dating to the time of "The Green Hornet" TV show (1966-1967) and shows Green Hornet star Van Williams posing at his desk in suit. Williams has boldly signed in blue ink "To George Trendle - Who Started It All - Best Wishes, Van Williams, Alias Britt Reid - Alias The Green Hornet." Photo has lt. handling wear w/1" crease at center which is only really noticeable in reflected light. Still displays Exc. overall. The ultimate Van Williams signed photo, w/a wonderful link to the co-creator of The Green Hornet - George Trendle. See Trendle signed book, #2263. From the archives of Detroit's WXYZ and obtained by former long-time station employee Jiam DesJardin. Comes with Hake's COA.
