Item Description
1-3/8" thick copper medal listed by DeWitt as WHH-F. This presidential series portrays the President on the front and his residence on the reverse and spans Washington to Lincoln produced by George H. Lovett. The copper example cost .50¢ and the white metal examples cost .25¢. Front has profile bust with text "John Adams, Second President Of The U. States" With "G.H.L. N.Y." below. Reverse depicts "Residence Of John Adams." Very small 1/8" rub on the highest portion of his hair. Rest is Essentially Mint. See Adams painted portrait #2.
