Item Description
Cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 9" tall tin litho toy w/hard vinyl head. Made in Japan by Billiken, 1989. Limited production of 1,000. Box has some trace of lt. wear but is Exc. overall. Toy comes w/key and works. Walks forward when wound as arms move slightly. Tin litho body has scattered minute paint marks on shorts as issued. NM. Great toy based on Astro Boy ("Mighty Atom" is the English translation of the character's original Japanese name), the first successful Japanese cartoon series shown in the US.
