Item Description
5/8" with brass frame surrounding ferrotype and with 1" stickpin on the reverse. This is a noticeably younger image of him than is seen on most pieces from the campaign and one of the few ferrotype portraits with him facing left. Pair of tiny 1/32" marks on extreme left background. Exceptionally bright and with crystal clear details. Unlisted both DeWitt and Hake. Julie Powell Collection.
