Auction #211 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1196 in auction 211
Item Description
We've seen this 7/8" celluloid as a lapel stud once before but this is a pin-back button with W&H back paper. It reads "For President Robt E. Pattison." The first ribbon is a very tall 10.25" from top to the bottom of the brass tassel. Beautifully embossed brass hanger with first layer of fabric reading "Jefferson Club/Philadelphia." The under layer of fabric at the bottom has applied cardboard photo set within gold wreath and with gold text "Our Choice For President." A little gray tone on the lower right bottom edge. Second black on dark red fabric ribbon reads "Pattison/Pennsylvania." This is 8" tall and has a straight pin through the top edge. Three rare items. The celluloid button is Essentially Mint and the dark red ribbon just has a minor crease line near the bottom.
