Item Description
Art boards range in size from 11.5x12.5” to 13x15.25” w/original pen and ink art by creator George Baker who has signed three of four in ink. Art is for 1957 Harvey Publications issues # 24, 25, 26, and 33. Includes Sarge getting knocked down while skiing, Sarge getting scraped by rake, Sad Sack hiding in Sarge’s long johns, jazz concert w/General directing from Sad Sack’s tuba. A few margin pencil notes, including pencil number 33 on one cover which did not have this art published on that cover. Image areas will mat and frame to near Exc. appearance. Well drawn and funny.
