Item Description
Thin art board has 5.5x19.25” India ink image area w/Donald in all four panels dated Feb. 2. Sleepy Donald checks out of Ajax Hotel w/his suitcase in middle of night and walks down sidewalk past all night bowling alley. Panel three has “Walt Disney” ink signature as done by staff artist. Complete w/Walt Disney Productions copyright sticker in panel three, King Features distribution sticker in panel four. A few tiny dots of discoloration, otherwise Exc. Well-drawn early example by the noted artist who did the Donald Duck comic strip from 1938 to 1969.
