1.75x2.5" card w/glossy photo front featuring sharp and clear image of Babe. This is from an obscure tobacco card series issued in El Salvador. Reverse includes short text on Babe and tobacco company information. This same image appears on a similar 1928 El Salvador card issue "Talacalera La Morena" although that card features a color tinted image as opposed to the bw image on this card. Other baseball players are known in both sets but this is by far the key card. A rarely seen and esoteric Babe card that is a must have for the Ruth baseball card completist. Designated by SGC as being from the "Richard Merkin Collection" and comes with Hake's COA.
