Item Description
This is a 1934 set of three painted lead figures given individually packaged in cellophane with a 5x5-5/8" sheet promoting the radio program. The figures are of Buck Rogers, Ardala and Killer Kane, each about 2.5" tall and double-sided with front and back views of each character. Paint is NM with just a few tiny rubs off Ardala. The three promo sheets have illustration with bold text on the front "Voted The Most Popular Radio Program By Thousands Of School Pupils." Reverse gives information about the radio show and a list of stations that carry it along with promo text for sponsor Cocomalt. The sheets are folded twice as issued and they come along with aged and somewhat torn, but still largely intact, cellophane packets.
