Item Description
16x20" artboard has original mixed media art depicting the main box lid art for 1960s Pyro Plastics model kit No. 269-98 featuring a skipjack, a traditional fishing boat used on the Chesapeake Bay for oyster dredging. Art shows the crew of two preparing to raise the ship's sails. Seabirds fly in bkg. Art is signed by A.J. Rudisill. Image area takes up the entire board. Art has moisture staining along right margin (in .25" to 2" wide strip at bottom) and at top right margin (in thin strip) and some surface paper lift at bottom left edge, but these issues could be easily matted out and art would look Exc. if framed. Nicely detailed model kit art.
