5x9.5" frame holds 4x8.25" envelope under glass. Five British issued stamps with cancellation reading "Women Of Achievement/Parliament Street London SW1/6 Aug 1996." Colorful illustration at left shows Suffragette's marching in England carrying "Votes For Women" banners. Bold 2.75" long "Margaret Thatcher" blue felt tip pen autograph appears at bottom center. Stamps commemorate various women of achievement including: Dorothy Hodgkin, Margot Fonteyn, Elizabeth Frink, Daphne Du Maurier and Merea Hartman. Mint. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
