Item Description
16.25x20.5" wood frame w/Plexiglas over archival mat reveals 8.25x13.25" image area in India ink and watercolor titled "Jack Davis - 'Finished'" on engraved brass title plate on mat underneath art. Likely done for a sports publication, c. 1980s. Great action scene has runner w/"66" number on shirt collapsing just before finish line w/sweat band flying off his head as spectators watch in shadowed bkg. Art has been signed in ink by Jack Davis. Comes w/4x6" color photo of the artist in his studio holding this original. Image area is bright and NM. Framed and ready for display.
