Item Description
7.75" tall unglazed figural two-piece terracotta tobacco jar w/polychrome decorations depicts hooded/caped girl in large weaved basket w/tag on front marked "M." Made by Johann Maresch in Aussig, Austria, c. 1900. Underside has "JM 3567" designation. Jar has all over paint aging and scattered small rubs (mainly to face). Fine overall.
