Item Description
20x26" lithograph on French Arches paper w/deckled edges features caricature art depicting the then-remaining Beatles - Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney and George Harrison - seated beneath framed image of John Lennon in the studio while working on the "Anthology" recordings. Art is by Al Hirschfeld (for more info on Hirschfeld, see previous item #1335). This lithograph is part of a limited edition of just 120 released in 2000, and this is hand-numbered "94/120" in pencil at lower left. Hirschfeld has signed his last name in pencil at lower right. Exc. Wonderfully done and a great tribute to The Beatles. See following items #2718-2719.
