Item Description
Lot of three 1959-1960s Post cereal boxes. All are complete and assembled, boxes measure between 6.75x9.25x3.25" and 7.5x10x2" deep. Cereals include - "Post Toasties Corn Flakes, Grape-Nuts Flakes" and "Sugar Crisp" w/Sugar Bear mascot character. Each has premium offer mentioned on front/back of box; these include "Danny Thomas Record Album" (1959) that was available for two box tops and $1, "Douglas DC-8 Jet" model (1960), one of six different jet plane models available for one box top and 25¢ and "Pick-Up Sticks" (1964) that were available for two box tops. This box notes "New! Compact Box" size. Boxes have some scattered handling wear w/top flap of "Post Toasties" having hole punch w/some wear. This box is Fine/VF while others are Exc. for display as shrink-wrapped.
