Item Description
14-1/8x29.5" wooden frame contains pair of glossy photos of The Sons of the Pioneers, one of the earliest Western singing groups. Each photo has been matted to 7.5x9.5". Center has 3.5x8-5/8" opening w/paper signed by nine members of the band- Ken Curtis, Karl Farr, Shug Fisher, Lloyd Perryman, Hugh Farr, Tommy Doss, Bob Nolan, Pat Brady and Tim Spencer. All signed in blue ink. Known for their vocal performances, their musicianship, and their songwriting, The Sons of the Pioneers produced innovative recordings that have inspired many Western music performers and remained popular through the years. Since 1933, through many changes in membership, the Sons of the Pioneers continue and have remained one of the longest-surviving country music vocal groups. Frame has pair of holes drilled at top and bottom for display but o/w display is Exc. as professionally matted and framed. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
