4" tall hard plastic dispenser. 1950s. One of the few "full body" dispensers, dispensers were produced in different colors, this is yellow. Slight general aging w/melt marks on left arm and head, not visible when viewed straight on. Still displays bright and glossy. VF/Exc. A classic PEZ dispenser.
