Hand-lettered caption reads “We Are Back Of You F.D.R. – We Know What You Are Going Through.” Art is signed in ink at lower left corner “Art Young 43”. Trace of lead pencil under-drawing as done by the artist, otherwise Exc. Art Young (1866-1943) worked for many magazines, but is most noted for his socialist views involving capitalist pigs for “The Masses” between 1911 and 1917. A well-drawn elaborate example.
