Item Description
1.25” from a small series and also known with a black background. The series was issued by Freihofer’s Bakeries in Reading, Pa in 1942. Other cowboys in the series are Hopalong Cassidy, Gene Autry, Charles Starrett and Bill Elliot. We’ve seen a couple that include a back paper naming the bakery but the vast majority that we’ve seen do not have a back paper and neither does this one. The button is NM and dislays Mint with high gloss. A very young photo of Roy.
