Barney checks on things in his nightshirt and policeman reads paper when he’s startled by a Barney look-alike at window. Last panel has real Barney telling policeman “I Thought I Heard You Yelling At Someone-“. Signed in ink “DeBeck” in panel five. Complete w/King Features copyright label on front and lead pencil title “The Chief Shows Surprise” on top margin.
