He hires southern belle Georgia Lee as a secretary and tells boxer Sully, Barney then dictates a letter to “Rubber Legs Shultzie”, noting “Sully Will Knock You So Cold, You’ll Need Eskimos For Pallbearers” and signs it “Bernard P. Google”. Signed in ink “DeBeck” in panel five. Reverse side has blue pencil title “ The Dictator !”. Complete w/ King Features copyright label on front.
