Panel one has Sully lifting a dumbbell as he tells Barney to “Hurry And Sign Up Mr. Whacko Dumpsy Before He Goes Back To South America”. Barney talks w/friends, then is shocked when he sees various knocked out boxers outside Dumpsy’s training camp. Signed in ink “DeBeck” in panel three. Reverse side has blue pencil title “ A Convincing Sight!” Portion of King Features copyright label on front is missing, otherwise clean and Exc.
