Item Description
Each is .75” in white metal. The DeWitt number for Grant is 1868-39 and for Seymour 1868-11. The Grant has a pair of 1/8” marks on his hair and chest without the original gilt flashing although the rest of it remains on both sides. Reverse reads within a wreath “For President General U.S. Grant 1868.” The Seymour is designed identically and with reverse text “For President Horatio Seymour 1868.” Luster on this one is NM. Both are scarce.
