Lot of three pieces related to the design and advertising of 1964 cereal promotion related to the 1964 New York World's Fair. 10x20" artboard has mixed media prototype original art for 'World's Fair Mono Rail" toy, complete w/Unisphere design on side. Exc. Second 10x20" artboard has working prototype display featuring 3-3/8" long monorail car w/mixed media original art on one side and attached to elastic cord at top w/"No. 1 Control" attached via string at left and "No. 2 Control" attached via string at right. Hand-lettered pencil text at top reads "World's Fair Mono-Rail (Miniature Demonstration Model)." Artboard has a few faint tape marks towards bottom and staples at top left/right have some oxidation. Fine overall. 9.5x12.75" artboard w/black paper mat has mixed media prototype original art for cereal box back panel advertising this premium. Hand-lettered text reads "World's Fair Remote Control Mono-Rail With Control Lines And String Cable - All Plastic Big 8" Long - You Can Run Your Mono-Rail From Room To Room Or Even House To House - Start & Stops - Runs Back & Forth By Remote Control" and features children using premium. Lower right has area for mail-away coupon. Small trip of glue staining along top but o/w Exc. Each has "A Creation Of Sam Gold - Premium King" foil crown sticker at lower right. An elaborate and unique lot for the Expo collector. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
