Item Description
9x18" sheet of paper glued to stiffer paper has mixed media prototype original art for sign promoting 1950s Bosco chocolate syrup premium - "Super Satellite And Powerful Launcher" - showing children launching rocket into space towards ringed planet. Insert box at left shows detailed image of the premium itself. Hand-lettered text includes - "3 Dimensional - Durable Plastic - Press Release And Satellite Zooms Into The Air" as well as "Get Yours Today With 25¢ And A Bosco Label..." Lower right has outline where container of Bosco was applied, but this paste-over has since peeled off, leaving faint glue stain. Art has a number of vertical creases and left margin shows wear w/.5" tear to surface paper. Corner tip wear w/pinholes. Back has "A Creation Of Sam Gold - Premium King" foil crown sticker taped in place. Fine overall. Unique. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
